I freaking love this. It is a sweet magazine with a ton of information on how to develop in Flash and Flex. I would highly recommend taking a look at it. It is quite technical so I'm not sure if everyone will understand it, but yeah freaking awesome that it is entirely free. You can download the magazine online or buy it from your local bookstore if you prefer.
